I was born in Central America and grew up all across the U.S. as a Navy brat. I received my B.A. in creative writing from the University of Houston, and my MFA from the University of Southern Maine. I am also a graduate of the Viable Paradise writer’s workshop on Martha’s Vineyard.
My work has appeared in Gold Dust Magazine, Daily Science Fiction, and Giganotosaurus, among others. I write short stories, novels, and comics. I now live in Houston, Texas, with my wife, daughter, a cat, and a dog, and try and stay out of the sun’s way when summer comes around.
